We are very sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with 08UK. To make a complaint about 08UK products & services please send us an email to operations@08uk.co.uk using the below format as a template and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter for you.

Once we have received your complaint form (completed in full please), your account manager will contact you to formally acknowledge our receipt.
A senior member of our team will then respond to you directly by phone call &/or by letter to resolve the matter.
