Web portal control comes as standard with all our numbers. We can give you the ability to be able to set up individual users with rights of use by activating them under your administrator control of your own web portal secure login account.

Not all customers want or need this web portal control feature, some prefer us to manage their call plans for them & simply call us if they want to make a change. For the occasional change we do not charge. If you required daily changes we would encourage you to do this yourself or we could do such changes for you but then charges may apply.

There is no charge to activate this feature & many find it very useful. This secure portal allows you to login and view inbound call statistics or you can actually apply new call plans to numbers. For example you could apply a DR (disaster recovery) plan in the event of a power failure at your office, for example, provide you still had internet access of course.
